Standard boxed and carton collection is included. Furniture and larger space plans have separate moving charges. Retrieval handling and return delivery are additional. Stairs, heavy items and difficult access can affect the final cost. Packing assistance is available only with Bomb Shelter size space plans and above, for an additional fee.

Load guides are approximate, and supplied boxes are a packing allowance. They do not guarantee a carton capacity or that the contents of a whole flat will fit. We assess your inventory, wrapping and stacking before confirming the plan.

All your questions, answeredWhat is the minimum storage period?
Storage space plans have a minimum storage period of 2 months. All other storage services, including box, luggage, document and individually quoted furniture storage, have a minimum of 3 months. Your quotation confirms the service and committed period.
When are storage boxes provided free of charge?
Boxes are provided free of charge with box storage and document storage plans of 6 months or more. For storage space plans, complimentary boxes are provided with Bedroom size and above. Tell us your requirements so we can confirm the box allowance and supply arrangements.
Can your team help me pack my belongings?
Packing assistance is available only with Bomb Shelter size (50 sq ft) storage space plans and above, on request and for an additional fee. Tell us what needs packing so we can confirm the work required and provide a quotation.
