All your questions, answeredHow do I choose the right storage space?
Use the plan dimensions as an approximate guide to length, width and height. The space required depends on your items and how they can be safely stacked. Send us photographs and measurements if you need help choosing. Compare the storage sizes and dimensions.
What is the minimum storage period?
Storage space plans have a minimum storage period of 2 months. All other storage services, including box, luggage, document and individually quoted furniture storage, have a minimum of 3 months. Your quotation confirms the service and committed period.
Are boxes provided free of charge with storage space plans?
Yes. Complimentary boxes are provided with Bedroom size storage plans and above. The Bedroom plan includes up to 30 boxes, and the 2 Bedroom plan includes up to 60 boxes. Let us know your packing needs when arranging your storage.
Can your team help me pack my belongings?
Packing assistance is available only with Bomb Shelter size (50 sq ft) storage space plans and above, on request and for an additional fee. Tell us what needs packing so we can confirm the work required and provide a quotation.
Are shrink wrapping and dismantling included?
Standard shrink wrapping and dismantling are included in the quoted moving service for furniture and storage space plans. Specialist work is quoted separately. Please share photographs of any items requiring dismantling so we can confirm the arrangements and any additional charges beforehand.
Do you provide disposal services?
Yes. We can arrange disposal alongside your moving or storage service for an additional fee. Send us photographs and details of the items you wish to dispose of, and we will confirm the arrangements and cost.
Is your storage facility air conditioned?
No. Our storage facility is not air conditioned. If your belongings have special storage requirements, please contact us before booking so we can advise on suitability.
Can I use my own transport to deliver or collect my belongings?
No. Collection and return delivery are arranged through our team. We do not accept customer drop offs or self collection. Contact us to arrange collection from your address or delivery back to you.
