Before the van arrives

A smooth collection
starts with a little preparation.

Share the details.

Tell us the item type, number, size, storage duration, collection postcode and preferred date. Photos are useful for furniture and mixed loads.

Pack and label.

Keep each standard box within 20kg. Pack similar things together, seal securely and keep a record of the contents. Arrange boxes and packing materials in advance if needed.

Check the access.

Arrange any building or lift bookings. Tell us about stairs, loading restrictions or long carrying distances, and have someone available for the collection appointment.

During storage, keep your inventory close.

Serialised seal numbers identify your items. These are normally available in your account within 2 working days of collection. When you need something returned, use the seal number to identify the correct box. Our team confirms the delivery arrangement and charges.

Customer access to the facility is not available. If regular personal access is important to you, discuss your needs with the team before booking.

All your questions, answered

What is the minimum storage period?

Storage space plans have a minimum storage period of 2 months. All other storage services, including box, luggage, document and individually quoted furniture storage, have a minimum of 3 months. Your quotation confirms the service and committed period.

When do I pay for storage?

Online box and item orders are paid at booking. Box and item bookings arranged through WhatsApp are paid after collection. Your first payment covers the committed storage period. Document storage is prepaid for the committed period before collection, regardless of the booking channel. Payment arrangements for storage space plans are confirmed in your moving quotation.

How big are your storage boxes?

Our standard storage boxes measure approximately 50cm × 40cm × 40cm. Box sizes may vary, so please confirm the available dimensions with us before packing. Each packed box must weigh no more than 20kg. For larger or unusually shaped items, send us the measurements so we can recommend a suitable option.

Can I get an urgent collection?

Collection is typically arranged within 2 to 3 working days, confirmed when you book. Urgent arrangements may cost extra. Contact the team to confirm availability and charges before making plans.

How are my belongings looked after?

Items are kept in a managed facility. Boxes receive serialised seals for identification and retrieval, and can be tracked in your account. The facility is not air conditioned. Check with us before storing items sensitive to heat or humidity.
