How Pack & Store Works

No — we collect your items from your doorstep and deliver them back to you when needed. You never need to visit our storage facility.

Yes — we store furniture, mattresses and other bulky items that don’t fit into a standard box. See Storage Space Plans or WhatsApp us your item list for a quote.

A minimum of 5 boxes or items are required for a minimum period of 3 months. Upfront payment of storage charges is required. After the initial 3-month period, you may renew on a monthly basis. There is no refund for early retrieval.

Log in to your account and submit a retrieval or delivery request. We will deliver your items back to your door at your preferred date and time. Retrieval and delivery fees apply.

WhatsApp us your item list and photos, along with your postal code and expected storage duration — we’ll recommend the most suitable storage option before you book.

Additional fees may apply for staircase carrying, heavy-duty items such as safe boxes, long push above 100m, and building management or lift booking fees. Loose item packing is charged separately — ask us for a quote.

Flammable, explosive or combustible materials, perishable items or living things, illegal or prohibited items, items that leak, smell or create noise, and high-value items such as jewellery, precious metals, antiques or fine art are not accepted.
