How box & luggage storage works
One box. A clear price.
Our standard box measures approximately 50cm × 40cm × 40cm; available sizes may vary. Storage starts at S$7 per box per month, with standard collection included. Boxes are free with storage of 6 months or more.
Know what is in storage.
Label the contents when you pack. Serialised seals identify your boxes and help you request particular items through your online account.
Back when you need it.
Arrange the return of selected boxes through your account or our team. Retrieval handling and return delivery charges are confirmed separately.
Your own boxes or luggage? They are welcome too.
Measure the length, width and height, then add them together. Own box prices start at S$4 for a total size of up to 85cm. Larger sizes use the published size bands. Each item must be well packed and within 20kg. If a side is longer than about 120cm, or an item is irregular or bulky, send a photo for a quotation. Mixed sizes can be quoted together.

Our standard storage boxes measure approximately 50cm × 40cm × 40cm. Box sizes may vary, so please confirm the available dimensions with us before packing. Each packed box must weigh no more than 20kg. For larger or unusually shaped items, send us the measurements so we can recommend a suitable option.
Are boxes provided free of charge for box storage?
Yes. Boxes are provided free of charge with box storage plans of 6 months or more. Tell us how many you need so we can confirm the quantity, available box size and supply arrangements before collection.
Do you provide packing services for box storage?
Packing assistance is available only with Bomb Shelter size (50 sq ft) storage space plans and above, for an additional fee. For box storage, please pack your belongings before collection. If you need a larger plan with packing assistance, explore our storage space plans.
What is the minimum storage period?
Storage space plans have a minimum storage period of 2 months. All other storage services, including box, luggage, document and individually quoted furniture storage, have a minimum of 3 months. Your quotation confirms the service and committed period.
Is your storage facility air conditioned?
No. Our storage facility is not air conditioned. If your belongings have special storage requirements, please contact us before booking so we can advise on suitability.
Can I use my own transport to deliver or collect my belongings?
No. Collection and return delivery are arranged through our team. We do not accept customer drop offs or self collection. Contact us to arrange collection from your address or delivery back to you.
