How document storage works
Packed by you. Kept together.
Use sealed archive cartons up to 38 × 31 × 28cm and 20kg. Standard collection is included. Document boxes are provided free with storage of 6 months or more.
Every carton has an identity.
A uniquely numbered seal links each carton to your inventory. Keep your own contents register so your team knows which number to request.
Retrieve selected cartons.
Request cartons by seal number. Retrieval handling and return delivery are charged separately and confirmed before arrangement.
For larger archives, start with a written plan.
More than 100 cartons, named authorised requesters or specialist destruction requirements? Ask for an enterprise quotation. Scope, inventory arrangements, deposits and any separately charged destruction service must be agreed in writing. Standard storage does not include document indexing or climate control.

Storage is prepaid for the committed period. For example, 5 cartons at S$4 per carton per month for 3 months means S$60 in storage charges before collection. Standard collection and seal tagging are included. Special collection, retrieval, return delivery and any additional services may cost extra. Your written quotation confirms the full charges and applicable discounts.

Yes. Document storage boxes are provided free of charge with storage plans of 6 months or more. Tell us how many documents you need to store so we can confirm the number of boxes required and the arrangements.
What is the minimum for document storage?
Document storage starts with 5 cartons for a minimum of 3 months. At S$4 per carton per month, 5 cartons cost S$20 per month before discounts. Storage is prepaid for the committed period. Retrieval handling, return delivery and any additional services are charged separately.
Is your storage facility air conditioned?
No. Our storage facility is not air conditioned. If your belongings have special storage requirements, please contact us before booking so we can advise on suitability.
Can I use my own transport to deliver or collect my belongings?
No. Collection and return delivery are arranged through our team. We do not accept customer drop offs or self collection. Contact us to arrange collection from your address or delivery back to you.
Can I get an urgent collection?
Collection is typically arranged within 2 to 3 working days, confirmed when you book. Urgent arrangements may cost extra. Contact the team to confirm availability and charges before making plans.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, PayLah, PayNow, and credit card through PayPal.
