Stock and seasonal inventory.
Store boxed products, samples and event materials between uses. Share your quantities, sizes and likely return frequency so we can assess suitability.
Office moves and equipment.
Give spare furniture and equipment a place between offices. Transport and access charges are itemised in your quotation. Packing assistance is available only with Bomb Shelter size space plans and above, for an additional fee.
A dedicated home for archives.
For office files and business records, our document storage plans offer carton pricing and retrieval by seal number. Explore document storage.

We provide managed storage and scheduled returns. Ecommerce fulfilment, picking individual orders and customer parcel delivery are not part of the service. For items you need daily or for temperature sensitive stock, discuss access and storage suitability with us first.

Request a return through your storage account or contact our team.
Tell us what you need back.
Share the items you want returned, their seal numbers where available, the delivery address and your preferred date. Tell us about stairs, lift bookings and access restrictions.
Confirm the arrangement and charges.
Retrieval handling and return delivery are charged separately from storage. The team confirms the schedule and applicable charges before arranging your return.

All your questions, answeredWhat is the minimum storage period?
Storage space plans have a minimum storage period of 2 months. All other storage services, including box, luggage, document and individually quoted furniture storage, have a minimum of 3 months. Your quotation confirms the service and committed period.
When are storage boxes provided free of charge?
Boxes are provided free of charge with box storage and document storage plans of 6 months or more. For storage space plans, complimentary boxes are provided with Bedroom size and above. Tell us your requirements so we can confirm the box allowance and supply arrangements.
Can your team help me pack my belongings?
Packing assistance is available only with Bomb Shelter size (50 sq ft) storage space plans and above, on request and for an additional fee. Tell us what needs packing so we can confirm the work required and provide a quotation.
Is your storage facility air conditioned?
No. Our storage facility is not air conditioned. If your belongings have special storage requirements, please contact us before booking so we can advise on suitability.
Can I use my own transport to deliver or collect my belongings?
No. Collection and return delivery are arranged through our team. We do not accept customer drop offs or self collection. Contact us to arrange collection from your address or delivery back to you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, PayLah, PayNow, and credit card through PayPal.
